INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL DANCE GROUPS INTERESTED TO APPLY FOR PARTICIPATION IN BILLINGHAM INTERNATIONAL FOLKLORE FESTIVAL

1. The Billingham International Folklore Festival is a CIOFF Festival and operates under CIOFF Conditions (please see www.cioff.org).
2. Only traditional and stylised national dance groups accompanied by live music can apply.
3. Please note, that each year we receive hundreds of applications from all over the World, and we select 8-10 groups per year, judging by the quality and variety of performances and international experience and reputation of each group.
4. If you would like to apply for participation in the Billingham festival, please send us the following information:
   • Recent video tape or DVD of your performance (by post)
   • 8-10 high quality photos (by e-mail)
   • The detailed history of your group, listing the participation in all the Festivals and events all over the World (bye-mail)
