"Friends of the Festival" and "Company Membership" aims to enhance the cooperation and understanding between Festival organisers and its supporters.

1. Tickets Discounts

"Friends of the Festival" will receive 10% discount (15% in case of Company Members) of the full festival ticket prices (except International Carousel Nights and Gala Night at the Forum Theatre).

2. Priority Booking

"Friends of the Festival" and Company Members have the opportunity of booking any number of seats for any Festival performances before the box office officially opens in May. They will receive a priority booking form through the post. This form must be returned to the Festival Office and the tickets will then be sent out to members. Only Friends and Members themselves are entitled to 10% or 15% discount where applicable.

3. Festival Newsletter

Each adult member or couple will receive New Festival newsletter published quaterly, keeping the in touch with preparations for the next Festival.

4. Festival Leaflet

Each Friend or Member will receive the Festival Leaflet with a complete Festival Programme Summary around March-April.

5. Festival Programme

Each Friend or Member will receive a complementary Festival Souvenir Programme before the Festival starts.

6. "Host Nights at Bede College"

   All Company Members will be invited to the Host Evenings during the Festival week.

7. Children's Club

   - All Children (age under 16) who join "Friends of the Festival" will automatically receive free tickets for the Festival Children's Club.

8. Right to vote

   Only Company Members have a right to vote at the Company's AGM.

9. Membership Certificate

   Only New Company members receive the Certificate of Membership of Billingham International Folklore Festival Ltd.
